

Hey, I'm Paris Nahas
I am a personal trainer, functional medicine nutrition counselor, functional medicine health coach, who is passionate about helping individuals elevate to their highest excellence. Collectively, I have 8 years of experience in the health and fitness industry training one-on-one clients in boutique gyms, coaching track and field sprints, teaching barre and HIIT classes, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching.
